Rachel graduated from Texas State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. In 2015, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, through Sam Houston State University, one of the Nation’s top schools for Criminal Law and Forensic Psychology. Rachel has an array of clinical experience working with different people with varying therapeutic needs. She has worked with women and children escaping abuse, individuals who have a suspected or identified intellectual or developmental disability, as well as, members of the general population. Rachel has experience in therapeutic modalities such as trauma or crisis intervention, eating disorders, juvenile counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is also experienced in case management, intellectual and developmental assessment, personality assessment and trauma assessment.
Rachel joined Shoal Creek Counseling, PLLC, in August of 2021. Through the guidance and supervision of Shelley Graham, Ph.D., LPC-S, LSOTP-S, Rachel provides group counseling, individual counseling, and forensic evaluations.
